• Candidates must have excellent communications
• Previous experience of working in a Service Desk/Helpdesk/ Support environment
• Problem solving.
• Critical thinking.
• Debugging/troubleshooting .net applications and web applications.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Coding experience would be desirable.
