Responsibilities

• Run the after‑sales department and ensure adherence to good customer service protocol, generating turnover and leading the service operational team.
• Develop and market component rebuild products and solutions for internal and external customers.
• Provide solutions for Caterpillar equipment customers to increase parts and service sales.
• Drive profitable parts and service growth by realizing targeted returns for stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve the lowest total owning and operating costs over the machine’s lifetime.
• Generate parts and service turnover.
• Manage Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee general administration and management of the department.
