Product Support Engineer, DAS EMEIA

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our Digital Access Solutions team in Joensuu, Finland. In this role you will work with customers and internal teams to resolve incidents, manage change activities, and support our electromechanical, keyless locking and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

• Collaborate with customers and internal and external experts to resolve incidents related to electromechanical and keyless locking solutions and associated web applications.
• Provide second‑line support for electromechanical and keyless locking solutions to ASSA ABLOY’s internal teams.
• Ensure the smooth operation of Windows and Linux‑based hosting environments.
• Perform maintenance, change, and monitoring activities related to cloud hosting.
