Product Support Advisor (PSA)

This role will be suited to someone who is highly skilled and customer focused, ideally you would be a technician who enjoys a challenge and is capable of operating autonomously whilst delivering world class results.

**Key responsibilities of the role:**

The responsibilities of the Key Personnel **(Product Support Advisor)** shall include, but not be limited to the following:

+ Provide application support and maintenance advice for all equipment powered by Cummins engines.
+ Act as asubject matter expert and provide on-the-job training for the principal's maintenance personnel. This will include coaching maintainers unfamiliar with the machines in routine maintenance and diagnostic techniques.
+ Assist the Principal in the supervision of equipment servicing.
+ Assist with parts interpretations and resolving of parts sourcing issues.
