Product Support Advisor - FIFO

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds on Cummins High Horsepower engines in a fieldservice environment with minimal supervision.

Support Rio Tintos mining operations by ensuring maximum fleet availability, reliability, and operational safety.

Carry out scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, following Cummins and OEM procedures.

Interpret complex engine system interactionsincluding fuel systems, electronic controls, cooling, exhaust/aftertreatment, and drivelineto accurately identify and resolve root causes.

Provide onsite customer support, manage expectations, and communicate technical outcomes clearly and professionally.
