OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION

Drive sales in order to achieve and exceed budget.

TASKS

· Achieve set sales target for the region: Develop launch plan for new Visian Family across the region (Main focus Toric ICL). Train new surgeons in the region. Key account program. Drive ICL / TICL according to set targets.

· Sales and promotion in territory: Customer structure and strategy. 

Support customer service: Calculations and complaints.

Lead back office resources for selling/marketing/servicing business customers: Proactive communication externally and internally to optimize process. Outcomes and market results.

· Market feedback on product performance and improvement requirement: Marketing activities. Practice development in territory.

· Process improvement: Provide ongoing input and support back office to become efficient and effective
