Provides customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Technical support for clients (pre-sales and after-sales).
- Management and administration of retie certification.
- Management of lists and prices.
- Management of sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electro Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience with customers.
- Knowledge of low voltage products.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Big Data and Power BI management.
- 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced English level.
