Job Description

The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team within the Power and Signal Business Unit (PSBU) at Molex by assisting in managing product portfolios and helping to execute product strategies. Based in DG / Shenzhen 
Collaborate with the Global Product Managers to define and execute the strategy for the assigned product lines.
Contribute to the preparation of business cases, pricing analysis, and sales enablement materials
Help identify and support process improvements and best practice sharing within the product management team and across functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and management to support timely and cost-effective delivery of customer-specific solutions.
Assist in cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and quality improvement projects by coordinating with manufacturing and operational teams.
