Position: Product Specialist
Employment Type: Permanent (Direct Hire)
Location: Menara Manulife, Damansara Heights (Near MRT Semantan)
Working Days/ Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm
Saturday, 9am - 1pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to manage daily procurement activities and ensure materials are sourced at the best quality and price. This role supports production operations and works closely with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing process (PR, PO, supplier negotiation, delivery follow-up, payment coordination)
• Source materials for existing and new products
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
• Work closely with Production, Product, and Store teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
