Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Assist in product launches, provide product demonstrations, and support sales teams.
• Demonstrate different types of lubricants to customers.
• Coordinate with Marketing staff for demo schedules.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Develop and deliver product training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product enhancements.
• Gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is required. High school graduates are also welcome.
• Experience Level: Candidates should have less than 1 year of experience in product support or a similar role. Merchandiser experience is a PLUS factor.
