Overview

The Product Specialist ACDx ensures an excellent level of consultancy and support to our partners and affiliates within the Middle East area in the EEMEA region by providing application training, technical product information updates, second-level application support, troubleshooting and on-site activities on key strategic markets.

Moreover he/she supports the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned business line products in the responsibility area of the KSA Rep. Office with the coordination of EEMEA Marketing and Customer Support teams.
