Role Purpose / Business Unit

To own and drive the end‑to‑end performance of the Products & Solutions portfolio across the division, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, customer value, and lifecycle optimisation through data‑driven insights, governance, and continuous performance improvement.

Lead the execution, tracking, and governance of sales and commercial performance metrics across the Products & Solutions portfolio. This role is directly responsible for safeguarding revenue integrity by aggressively identifying and mitigating revenue leakage, minimizing the issuance of commercial credit notes, and ensuring the absolute accuracy of customer billing systems. Additionally, the incumbent acts as a strategic enablement partner to the EHODs, providing deep operational oversight, tracking active pipelines, and driving conversion performance across their respective business units to ensure broader organisational profitability and growth.
