About the Role

We are looking for an Executive to support our reservation system operations, ensuring accurate product setup, smooth system processes, and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate product information in the reservation system, including voyages, fares, promotions, and other configuration elements.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate updates of product information according to business requirements.
• Analyse system user needs and business requirements, support change implementation, and participate in system testing and validation.
• Handle end‑user inquiries and troubleshoot system‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
