Product Repair Engineer

Designs, develops, improves and ensures effective application of product-specific repair processes.
Contributes to all aspects of repair process design, including layout, tool design, material selection, machinery controls and installation of capital equipment.
Supports product / project operations by continuously improving quality, safety, flow of materials and process efficiency.
Evaluates processes, procedures, equipment capacity and capability and layout and recommends steps to ensure process improvements.
Responsibilities
Supports operational and development programs, delivering robust, capable manufacturing process technology as applied to materials, tooling, parts fabrication and repair activity.
Monitor and control performance of internal and external repair operations using KPIs
Develop and execute action plans to improve repair quality, speed, and cost
