The Product Reconciliation Assistant is responsible for supporting operational efficiency of PC – PCTB – Digital Transactions Recon and Settlement in line with the Banks standards and requirements. 
Key Responsibilities
Perform reconciliation of Cashcard, Trade Money, Billspayment, Government Collections, BOB Payroll, BOB ADA/ACA , BDO Online Pesonet, CMS Payments and Collection, Inward and Outward Payments Operations and BDO Network Bank Outsourced products and services in line with approved processes and standards. 

Support in processing, verification and resolution of customer complaints received from call center, branch...
