🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to support failure analysis and debugging of Embedded x86 SoC products.

In this role, you will work on customer returns and factory issues, reproduce failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, validation, firmware, and manufacturing) to improve product quality.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform system-level testing (SLT) to reproduce and debug reported failures
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) on customer returns
• Set up bench-level and system-level testing environments
• Analyze logs and develop hypotheses for failure scenarios
• Design and execute
