**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, product engineering of server infrastructure, storage or networking hardware.
+ Experience in statistical product quality control (e.g., SPC), reliability modeling, and the execution of failure analysis and DFX principles during the hardware development life-cycle.
+ Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles.
