Position Summary
 :This role reports to the Sr Director of Product Management This role develops and implements data-driven product lifecycle tools and processes to support SSG product category decision-making and growth. The Product Program Manager will own overall project plans and execution of all deliverables while working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Works with cross-functional departments and teams to create product lifecycle processes and reporting tools with a focus on growth and profitability of SSG Product Categories.
Identifies issues and gaps in existing processes and tools. Research best practice alternatives to resolve issues and develop proposed solutions.
Builds strong relationships with product managers, inventory management, sales and demand planning, and operations teams to ensure process improvements and tools are clearly understood and supported.
