Requirements of the Role
What you’ll bring to the team
Proven experience with Martech products (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, or engagement platforms). 
Strong working knowledge of mParticle, Braze, or comparable tools, ideally in real-time or operational contexts. 
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and coordinate across multiple business areas, including operations. 
Strong analytical mindset; using data to prioritise, segment, measure, and optimise journeys. 
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt from operational teams to engineering to senior leadership. 
Understanding of customer experience design, event flows, personalisation, and operational triggers. 
Comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to accelerate discovery and impact. 
Experience partnering with UX, engineering, and data teams.
