5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Management, or Scrum Master / Agile Project Management

Proven experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs

Hands-on experience driving end-to-end feature delivery across multiple teams or vendors

Strong track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments

University degree in Chemistry/Pharma is preferred

German speaking and writing is preferred
