Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the path to achieve the defined vision, focusing on both e-commerce functionality and appointment scheduling for services .
Requirements Gathering and Backlog Management:
Gather and analyze customer requirements to build a prioritized product backlog.
Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into detailed features and functions, ensuring both purchasing and scheduling functionalities are addressed.
