• Drive the product vision for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within cross-digital platforms, focusing on authentication methods like passkeys, passwords, and biometrics.

• Maintain a narrow focus on delivering customer value by modernizing authentication architectures and seamlessly integrating various business units into a live, centralized CIAM platform.

• Proven ability to write and review user stories that clearly define customer problems rather than jumping straight to technical solutions.
