Overview
This role supports the development and evolution of mobile applications used by police officers in the field to perform operational tasks. The applications enable a wide range of functionalities including communication between units, incident monitoring, entity searches (persons, locations, organisations), and operational coordination. The solution is mobile-first, used on smartphones and tablets, and continuously enhanced with new modules and features.

The application suite is developed by an external provider but hosted and fully owned operationally by the internal team, which ensures end-to-end responsibility for its performance, evolution, and user adoption.
