About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Product Owner, you’ll own a critical Insurance claims platform.
You’ll lead a small, capable team and you’ll help shape how members experience one of life’s most important moments. If you enjoy complexity, clarity and leadership, this one’s for you!
Day to day, you'll:
Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for the Claims System.
Work closely with vendors (including Fineos) and Group Technology to align future direction.
Lead releases, UAT and quality readiness across a complex claims environment.
Drive smarter workflows, case flow optimisation and better member outcomes.
Lead and support a team of four, providing user training and day‑to‑day system support
This role is a permanent opportunity. 
 Location: Brisbane preferred
