Product Operations Specialist

As our foundational Product Operations Specialist, you won't be siloed into one small part of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to learn the entire business from the ground up.
You will work directly with the founder to:
- Ensure product quality by leading our QA and testing efforts.
- Become a product expert by supporting customer implementations and training.
- Gain deep expertise by developing documentation and guides.
This role is perfect for a curious, eager, technically savvy individual who wants to accelerate their career by gaining experience in quality assurance and customer operations—skills that are critical for any future technical leader.
Must have:
- Great English - read/write/speak
- Training, Support, Process Documentation, or QA experience
- Comfortable leading training/support meetings with clients
Major plus, but not required:
- ERP Experience (especially Acumatica Cloud ERP)
Pay: $30,****** per month
