Product Operations Internship (Academic Internship)

As Angkas'Product Operations Intern you will be included todesign to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

What you will do

• A cross‑functional role focused on Streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization.
• Increase the efficiency of the product team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing product usage data to help product management make informed decisions.
• Focus on tooling and tech stack management, product enablement, customer feedback comprehension, product experimentation, continuous team training, and other areas.
• Work with other teams in the company to facilitate customer feedback loops for the product team
• Implement other administrative, human resource, and operational processes within the product team
