Product Operations Associate Director for API & Warehouse Integration

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving for API integrations.
• Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes and data sharing into warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
• Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform.
• Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Identify and specify application issues, collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements.
• Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team.
