On Arrival is building the infrastructure layer for modern travel, spanning flights, hotels, insurance, visas, payments, refunds, APIs, supplier integrations, and travel operations.
This is not a traditional Product Ops role. You'll work directly with the Founder and CTO to drive execution across product, engineering, implementation, and customer operations.
What You'll Do
Execution & Project Tracking
- Track critical initiatives across teams.
- Maintain clear visibility on owners, timelines, blockers, risks, and customer commitments.
- Ensure important work doesn't get lost in meetings, Slack, or assumptions.
AI-Powered Prototyping
- Build quick prototypes, workflows, mockups, dashboards, and process flows using AI tools.
- Turn ideas into tangible artifacts that accelerate decision-making.
- Use tools like Figma, Cursor, v0, Replit, Bolt, Chat GPT, Claude, Notion, and Sheets.
