Job Description

                Job Details  Contract Duration: 12 Months 
Working Location: Raffles place 
Working Hour: 9am to 6pm 
 Affiliate Program Operations  Manage daily operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, activation, and troubleshooting. 
Set up affiliate tasks, missions, incentives, and tracking assets within internal platforms. 
Runs email campaigns for both acquisition and reactivation 
Manages affiliate community on a day to day scale operations basis. 
 Data Analysis & Reporting  Gather and analyze missions and campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance bottlenecks. 
Flag anomalies early (e.g., tracking drops, coupon issues, low activation rates). 
 Process & Workflow Optimization  Develop and refine SOPs across onboarding, mission or campaign setup, communications, and troubleshooting.
