Government Services Integration Cluster (GSIC) is expanding and improving government services to make them simpler, more accessible, modern, secure, and scalable. The initiative will provide citizens with centralized, personalized, seamless access to Ontario government services, supported by modern architecture and user-centric design to deliver and continuously improve key digital services.Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Define the product vision
- Ensure the product supports overall strategy and goals
- Identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas to grow market share
- Improve customer experience
