Region Distribution Planning & Execution : Along with Zonal Head, create detailed distribution plan for entire region and ensure complete execution. Regular GAP analysis to identify under penetrated channels, create highlights and ensure coverage. Regional Channel Relationship Management : Accompany the Zonal Head and build independent relationship with critical regional channel heads to increase traction. Create and ensure execution Zonal Head monthly channel outreach action plan. Create and share weekly TL wise Business update of the region to all focused channels for further traction.
