Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our supplier relations
and product offerings within our East Africa DMC operations. This role focuses on
negotiating supplier contracts, managing supplier-related complaints, vetting new
suppliers, and maintaining strong vendor partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible
for updating customers on new products and market trends to enhance our service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with local suppliers including hotels, transport
providers, activity operators, and other service vendors.
• Conduct thorough vetting of new suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and
alignment with company standards.
