Product Manager (Mid Level) - Singapore

Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level Product Manager, you will take ownership of key product areas, driving growth, revenue, and user experience outcomes. You’ll lead discovery, define strategy, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure every initiative contributes directly to business performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Finance to bring ideas from concept to impact - and measure success with clear, outcome‑based metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Define product vision and measurable success metrics (growth, retention, revenue, NPS).
• Build business cases and ROI projections for new initiatives or feature optimisations.
• Align all initiatives with company OKRs, long‑term strategy, and regional goals (SG/MY/TH/VN).
