Recruitera is in an active growth phase — migrating to a new tech stack (Laravel + Vue/Nuxt), launching new modules and add-ons, and expanding its enterprise client base across MENA. The ideal candidate should be able to move fast, prototype using AI tools, own automation workflows, and operate with full individual contributor (IC) accountability across the feature lifecycle.
