Job Description
• Lead team ceremonies, such as refinements, and collaborate closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Present the team's work and new developments to stakeholders and executives.
• Interact with customers to represent requirements and understand key customers’ needs and market basics.
• Focus on delivering customer commitments and addressing customer complaints.
• Stay updated on market news, incidents, and competitor activities.
• Support go-to-market activities and help create training and marketing materials.
• Define and prioritize requirement changes for engineering, performing analysis to meet acceptance criteria.
• Participate and contribute to process improvement activities and product strategy.
