About the Role

Design and iterate product solutions for in‑app routing, base map, and location experiences in our delivery app, improving user experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional teams across China & Southeast Asian markets to define requirements, improve map quality, and localize routing and map features.
• Use data (BI dashboards, metrics, experiments) to identify issues, evaluate performance, and drive decision-making for map and routing optimizations.
• Work closely with strategy, ops, and product teams to diagnose user pain points and optimize map/routing experience for both customers and drivers.
