Commercial Card & Merchant Business Associate, AVP

Role Purpose

The Commercial Card & Merchant Analyst is responsible for delivering disciplined performance management, analytics, and executive‑ready insights across the Commercial Card and Merchant businesses. The role owns Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) process, develops deep performance insights across sales and revenue, and supports leadership decision‑making through fact‑based analysis and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

+ Independently own MBR and QBR analytics and reporting for Commercial Card and Merchant; proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership discussion

+ Analyze revenue realization, highlighting drivers of variance such as pricing, client mix, volume shifts, and timing impacts
