Product Manager - Delivery & Installation Services

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager – Delivery & Installation Services to lead the design, optimisation, and operations of Joybuy’s integrated delivery and installation business across Europe. This role focuses on enhancing the last-mile and in-home service experience through systematic design, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for delivery and installation services — from business planning and product design to system optimisation and operations management.
• Develop and implement service models for brand-authorised delivery and installation, ensuring alignment with market needs, local regulations, and partner standards.
