ROLE OVERVIEW
In this contractor role, you will work within the organization to plan, execute, and deliver strategic programs that drive standardization, efficiency, and innovation across our quality engineering teams. You may independently own programs end-to-end or work in close partnership with a lead EPM. A successful candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically — shaping a program vision, defining priorities, and building alignment — and executing tactically, rolling up their sleeves to drive day-to-day delivery. Strong analytical instincts, a structured approach to research and discovery, a bias for action, and systems thinking are essential to thriving in this role.
