• Roadmap Strategy: Own the product roadmap end-to-end, defining it in partnership with peer PMs and the VP of Product (Commerce).
• Release Mastery: Manage the full release lifecycle-scoping, sequencing, readiness reviews, release notes, and post-release adoption tracking.
