DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives
• Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates
• Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates
• Provides direction and guidance
• Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates
• Recommends personnel action/movement
• Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring
• Conducts job orientation and technical trainings
• Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development
• Recommends disciplinary actions as needed in concurrence with the Immediate SuperiorMonitors daily production and loan releases of the unit
