Product Manager Aftermarket

Eaton is currently seeking a Product Manager Aftermarket to join the team in one of the following locations: Tczew or Bielsko‑Biała (Poland), Turin (Italy), Karlsruhe or Bonn (Germany), or Montrottier (France).

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the development and execution of all aftermarket product lines strategies, pricing strategies, competitor assessments and strategy, and new product launch to the market for assigned product(s). This role will be responsible for analyzing, developing and driving product strategies that enhance Eaton’s market position and provide opportunities for profitable growth in the assigned products. This role is accountable for growing aftermarket revenue, product portfolio management, life‑cycle management, margin, cost out (VAVE), and market share goals.
