Product Management Manager, COE Insights Strategy

**Position Purpose:**

The Product Management Manager, COE Insights Strategy is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent focused on transforming enterprise data into actionable product and performance insights. This role sits at the intersection of product management and data science - guiding cross-functional teams to deliver analytical products that drive strategic decision-making across Technology, UX, Data Science, and Product Management disciplines. Within the Product COE, this Manager works closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business partners to define, prioritize, and deliver insights that inform enterprise-level governance, initiative performance, portfolio health, and balance team health. They support in-depth ​ reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization - from individual contributors to Senior Vice Presidents - and champion a culture of data integrity over optics.
