Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise and mentor the team of Listing Strategists and Listing Executives.
• Set weekly and monthly targets for the number of new products to be listed and optimized.
• Manage the day‑to‑time workflow of the listing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
