Product Lead – Education Loan

About the Role:
The Education Loan product manager will be responsible for product and portfolio management of Education loans including formulation and implementation of product strategy and delivery of P&L goals.
The individual should have relevant product management work experience including new product development and launch, designing product promotion, driving on-ground implementation and active portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities.
Product and Portfolio management:
Strategy formulation for Education loans aligned to overall strategy of the Bank
Drive and manage all P&L metrics for Education Loans portfolio
Analyze competitive landscape to identify and evaluate new business opportunities for profitable growth
Launch and own outcomes for new product/variants in line with the business strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders i.e., Sales, strategic channels, Credit, Operations, Policy, Digital/IT for seamless day to day operation...
