Job Description
What you'll do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of KB writers and one freelance Community Forum Manager.
Set clear processes, expectations, and development paths that promote growth, autonomy, and accountability.
Provide editorial oversight and quality assurance; conduct occasional hands-on writing for critical content.
Foster a culture of empathy, clarity, and operational excellence. Design, implement, and continuously optimize AI-driven content creation and update workflows across the Knowledge Base.
Work with the team’s knowledge solutions and technology specialist to define prompt structures, SOPs, and operational guidelines for AI-assisted content.
Partner with internal AI operations stakeholders to evaluate and integrate both internal and external AI tools.
