Product Head: Scored

This role is an executive leadership position for product and technology within Business Banking at Capitec.

Purpose Statement

The Product Head is accountable for end-to-end ownership of scored lending products and capabilities across Business Banking, including strategy, architecture alignment, roadmap, engineering delivery, product and system performance, regulatory compliance, and client experience.

Owner of score‑more strategy, advanced decisioning integration, automated workflows, and continuous optimisation across secured, unsecured and transaction‑linked scoring ecosystems.

Education (Minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree

• Honours Degree

Knowledge and Experience

Product & Business Leadership
