Leads the development of innovation, investment, and collaboration strategies for New Venture and selected 3M businesses. Consults with colleagues on venturing and innovation strategies. Develops and refines the New Venture investment strategy for each portfolio company. Or, Primary responsibilities of a technical supervisor are development, coaching and direction of employees and accountability for project leadership/outcomes. Communicates management goals and exemplifies corporate values to assigned personnel. Implements strategic direction of the organization.
