JOB SUMMARY
• Takes care all product engineering & process Continuous Improvement for PU Component & Turning Wood Department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Train, manage & coach Product Engineering, Packing & Costing Team
• Train, manage & review cost for new product costing
• Train, manage & review packing engineering
• Train & manage carving team
• Develop & control transferred item or NEW GO R&D plan
• Manage/ gather/ draw PU component & turning wood item drawing
• Work with Production to have white body & color sample
• Communicate with US to have white body & color sample approval
• Support Production about engineering for turning wood & PU component mass production
• Review turning wood & PU component operation to control initial planned cost
• Work with sourcing team to have good material for turning wood operation
