Product Engineering Lead (Enterprise Platform)

Our client is looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead who owns Enterprise's technical execution, architecture, code quality, and delivery. Writes code, reviews code, designs systems, makes build-vs-buy calls, and personally implements the most critical components. Engineering customer of the PM function receives BRDs/stories, challenges weak requirements at the gate, and converts them into shipped releases. What You Own: Enterprise technical architecture end-to-end: application architecture, service decomposition, persistence, integrations, security, deployment topology. Hands-on implementation of the most architecturally sensitive, performance-critical, and security-sensitive components. Architecture decision log: every major decision documented with context, alternatives, reasoning. Visible to CEO, CTO, and GPM.
